- Zone 2: At sufficiency → hybrid reciprocity; Gander Power active.
- Zone 3: Above sufficiency → gift logic; the Fountain routes surplus.
Sufficiency conditions: Nutrition (~2,100 kcal + water), Shelter, Security (incl. basic healthcare), Belonging (active R1/R2), Purpose (peer-recognized contribution).
Fountain flow: After 90 consecutive days at sufficiency, 30% of surplus flows to a common pool; sortition panels allocate first to move others to sufficiency, then to ecosystem restoration and knowledge creation.
